NCERT postpones the NTSE programme until further orders

The scheme’s implementation has been put on hold until further orders by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, which oversees the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE). The Ministry of Education has approved the central sector programme till March 31, 2021, with full funding. According to a formal announcement made in this regard, the scheme has been put on hold until further orders because further implementation has not been approved.

The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, fully funds the central sector programme known as the National Talent Search Scheme (GoI). According to a statement from the Educational Survey Division, NCERT is an organisation that implements the NTS Scheme.

“The Scheme was approved through March 31, 2021,” it continued. The scheme’s further deployment in its current form has been postponed pending new directives.

The programme, which was introduced in 1963, allowed for the selection of gifted pupils and the grant of scholarships to them. The scholarship is given to candidates for the current programme who wish to pursue courses in science and social science up to the doctoral level as well as professional programmes like engineering and medical up to the second-degree levels.

The GATE 2023 admit card will be released on gate.iitk.ac.in. Candidates must check the critical guidelines after the publication of the admit card.

Candidates must bring the admit card to the examination hall. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

The admit card will have the candidate’s name, photograph, signature, examination center, and paper. Candidates must check all the details carefully and report any errors to the authorities.

Candidates must reach the examination center before the reporting time. Candidates who are late will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

No electronic devices will be allowed in the examination hall. Candidates must not bring any mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices.

The GATE 2023 examination will be conducted in an online mode. Candidates must familiarize themselves with the online interface before the examination.

Candidates must attempt all the questions. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
