Poco C31 to Launch in India Today: Livestream Details, Expected Specifications
Poco C31 will be launched in India at 12 noon (noon) IST today, and the event will be broadcast live. So far, the brand has shown some specifications of the smartphone, and it is expected that it will be the successor to the Poco C3 launched in India last year. The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC equipped with 4GB RAM. The company revealed that Poco C31 will be available for purchase through Flipkart and is expected to go on sale during the 2021 Big Billion Days sales period starting on October 3rd. According to Poco’s website microsite, Poco C31 will be powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC equipped with 4GB RAM. It also has fingerprint and face unlock functions. Its predecessor, Poco C3, also runs with the same chipset and memory configuration. It was launched in India in October 2020. As mentioned earlier, Poco C31 is expected to be an updated version of Poco C3. Through the microsite, it is said that Poco C31 has a life span of 25% longer than the market standard. It is said that this smartphone “will remain as new even after 2.5 years of daily use.” The microsite also mentioned that Poco C31 will get 1,000 charge cycle counts. A Poco tweet also mentioned that the company has tested more than 600,000 fingerprints to prevent fraud. According to the images shared on the microsite, Poco C31 will provide a water drop notch for the selfie camera. The display shows a slender bezel and a thick chin. The camera, pricing, and other specifications of the display have not yet been announced.

Early this week, renders of the Edge 50 Fusion appeared, and Motorola has previously stated that the Edge 50 Pro will ship on April 3. The highest-end smartphone in the Edge 50 series, the Edge 50 Ultra, has now been shown in renders.
The phone is depicted in the renderings in peach fuzz and black with a vegan leather finish, while sisal, a beige color, will have a brushed surface. As opposed to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro variant and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in the Edge 50 Fusion, the phone is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
A 50MP primary camera, an ultra-wide camera, and a periscope telephoto camera with a 5x optical zoom are all included in the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s feature set. Additionally, there is a triple LED flash on the right side and a laser autofocus feature above the periscope lens.
Although the phone’s display, battery, and charging specifications are yet unknown, the Edge 50 Pro is said to include 12GB of RAM and support both 50W and 125W wired and wireless charging.
It is anticipated that this will launch as the Motorola X50 Ultra in China. It is unclear if the India launch may be expected on the same day as the rest of the Edge 50 series phones, even if this is scheduled to go official on April 3.
