Sajid Khan debates “brother” Shalin Bhanot on Bigg Boss 16 about nominating him.
Bigg Boss’ 16th season is currently in its first week, and the drama has already started. Shiv Thakare and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Manya Singh and Tina Dutta, and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Gautam Vig have all gotten into arguments and fights in the house, respectively. In the most recent, Shalin Bhanot and director Sajid Khan got into a fight.
Sajid Khan expressed his displeasure with Shalin for naming him in the first round of elimination in a new ad shared by Colors TV. The filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan’s younger brother Sajid claimed that Shalin had told him that Farah is like a sister to him as well.
Sajid claimed that he, too, considered Shalin to be his brother and is perplexed as to why the actor chose to nominate him during the first week of Bigg Boss 16.
During a stand-up comedy routine, Sajid Khan roasted Shalin, saying, “After Bigg Boss, Shalin is the voice of this house. Yahan aane se pehle tu mujhe keh raha tha tu Farah ka dusra bhai hai. Toh nomination mujhe kyun kiya. Why did you nominate me if you’re Farah’s second brother, as you claimed when you called me before to the show?” Shalin disapproved of Sajid’s behaviour and gave him the thumbs down.
Later, Sajid confronted the actor about his actions and questioned, “Aaj bhi thumbs down kar raha hai kal bhi mujhe nomination kara. Yes, it is. (You nominated me yesterday and today you also gave me the thumbs down.) What sort of brother are you, exactly)?” Shalin questioned why Sajid was in the Bigg Boss house if he didn’t want to play games with him after he urged him not to.
Social media users are debating Sajid’s presence in Bigg Boss 16 in the meantime. Many people have criticised the channel and the programme for giving Sajid such a chance in spite of the sexual assault claims made against him by numerous women in the entertainment business during the MeToo movement, including singer Sona Mohapatra.

Kangana Ranaut has denied speculations about joining politics solely due to the box office failure of her films.
Kangana Ranaut, the BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate from Mandi for the 2024 elections, expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for her political entrance. In an interview with Times Now, she questioned whether she joined politics due to her movies’ poor box office performance, comparing it to Shah Rukh Khan’s previous unsuccessful films.

Kangana responded to a question about her career, stating that she has never had a flop. She compared Shah Rukh Khan’s films to Pathaan, Queen, and Manikarnika, noting that if she had a flop in Emergency, it would be a big hit. Kangana compared her career to Shah Rukh Khan, who had consecutive flops for ten years. She also mentioned that she had not had a single hit for 7-8 years before Queen, but after that, she had a few good movies.
No stars from OTT?
The last generation of stars, known for their talent and demand, are now able to showcase their talents more through OTT. However, the author expresses a desire to involve themselves more with the real world, rather than being consumed by the arts, stating that they are not satisfied with the current status quo.
