SC notice to Centre on plea seeking defined criteria for seat matrix in INI CET

The Supreme Court on Wednesday sought a response from the Center and AIIMS, requesting to seek a certain standard to meet the seat matrix of the candidates preferred by the National Institute of Importance Comprehensive Entrance Examination Agency.

A judge seat headed by Judge L Nageswara Rao notified the Ministry of Health, AIIMS and other agencies of the request made by the Student Association.

“The notice can be returned on January 10, 2022,” said the judges B R Gavai and B V Navarathna, who also included judges.

The Supreme Court is hearing a request from the student association AIIMS Bhopal and others, which also seeks to provide a roster/disciplinary seat allocation for institutional priority candidates.

The GATE 2023 admit card will be released on gate.iitk.ac.in. Candidates must check the critical guidelines after the publication of the admit card.

Candidates must bring the admit card to the examination hall. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

The admit card will have the candidate’s name, photograph, signature, examination center, and paper. Candidates must check all the details carefully and report any errors to the authorities.

Candidates must reach the examination center before the reporting time. Candidates who are late will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

No electronic devices will be allowed in the examination hall. Candidates must not bring any mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices.

Candidates must follow all the instructions given by the invigilator. Candidates who are found violating the rules will be disqualified.

The GATE 2023 examination will be conducted in an online mode. Candidates must familiarize themselves with the online interface before the examination.

Candidates must attempt all the questions. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
