Supreme Court rejects plea seeking cancellation of offline board exams
The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected a motion filed by all state agencies, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) to cancel the in-person examinations for Grades 10 and 12, which will be conducted by the National Academy for Open Schooling.
The Supreme Court rejected the objection, saying such petitions were misleading and gave students false hope.
“You see, you only create beneficially. Entertaining petitions like this only adds to the confusion in the system. What types of petitions are folded? Let the authorities make a decision,” said the judges, led by Justice Khanwilkar, reported the legal website Live Law. .
The request calls for guidance to the CBSE and other educational institutions that have proposed to hold the 10th and 12th board exams in an offline mode to develop alternative assessment methods.

In an interview with Times Now, she questioned whether she joined politics due to her movies’ poor box office performance, comparing it to Shah Rukh Khan’s previous unsuccessful films.

She compared Shah Rukh Khan’s films to Pathaan, Queen, and Manikarnika, noting that if she had a flop in Emergency, it would be a big hit. Kangana compared her career to Shah Rukh Khan, who had consecutive flops for ten years. She also mentioned that she had not had a single hit for 7-8 years before Queen, but after that, she had a few good movies.

The last generation of stars, known for their talent and demand, are now able to showcase their talents more through OTT.
