Warm morning in Delhi; air quality in poor category

Residents of the Indian capital woke up on a sunny morning Wednesday with a high of 27 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal, according to the Indian Meteorological Department.

The IMD said the minimum temperature was steady at 9.4C, two notches below the season average.

The relative humidity was reported to be 95% at 8:30am.

Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded in the poor category (reading 235) at around 8.43am, according to the SAFAR India Air Quality Service.

An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered good, 51 and 100 are considered satisfactory, 101 and 200 are considered moderate, 201 and 300 are considered poor, 301 and 400 are very poor, and 401 and 500 are serious.

Tuesday’s minimum and maximum temperature readings held steady at 11 and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively, according to IMD.

The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast “no significant change” in minimum temperatures over the next five days across much of northwest India.

The poster is a beige saree with a saffron dupatta covering her head, and features Prabhas as the main theme. It was unveiled on Ram Navami. Kriti and Janaki are reunited and the song Jai Siya Ram is heard in the background. The makers have revealed new posters on Ram Navami, showing the moral courage of their son.
