OPSC Group B Recruitment 2022: Apply for 123 Asst. Agriculture Officer posts
The Odisha State Public Service Commission has invited candidates to apply for the Assistant Agriculture Officer position. Eligible candidates can apply online through the OPSC’s official website, opsc.gov.in. This recruitment drive will fill 123 positions for Group B officers in the organization.
The registration process will begin on January 28, and the last date to apply for positions is February 28, 2022. Please read below for eligibility, selection process and other details.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture/Horticulture from any accredited university or institution. As of January 1, 2021, the age limit for candidates should be between 21 and 38 years old.

The selection process includes a written test and an interview. The written test will consist of two objective-type essays, each of which will last 2 hours and be worth 100 points each. The interview should consist of 25 points.
Candidates who want to apply for this position have to pay Rs 500/- as examination fee. This fee is waived for candidates belonging to the scheduled castes/scheduled tribes of Odisha and candidates of the PwD category only. Fees should be paid online via Debit/Credit Card/Internet Banking.

The GATE 2023 admit card will be released on gate.iitk.ac.in. Candidates must check the critical guidelines after the publication of the admit card.
Candidates must bring the admit card to the examination hall. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.
The admit card will have the candidate’s name, photograph, signature, examination center, and paper. Candidates must check all the details carefully and report any errors to the authorities.
Candidates must reach the examination center before the reporting time. Candidates who are late will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
No electronic devices will be allowed in the examination hall. Candidates must not bring any mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices.
Candidates must follow all the instructions given by the invigilator. Candidates who are found violating the rules will be disqualified.
The GATE 2023 examination will be conducted in an online mode. Candidates must familiarize themselves with the online interface before the examination.
Candidates must attempt all the questions. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
The GATE 2023 score will be used for admission
