Naga Chaitanya has announced that in his upcoming movie, Thank You, he will play a devotee of Mahesh Babu. This demonstrates how his persona changes with each Mahesh Babu movie.
Actor Naga Chaitanya, who is getting ready for the release of his new film Thank You, has stated that he briefly portrays a Mahesh Babu fan in the film. Chaitanya said that he portrays Mahesh Babu’s admirer in the movie’s college scene during one of his promotional interviews.
On social media, a video of Chaitanya discussing his role as a Mahesh Babu fan in the film Thank You has surfaced. Vikram K. Kumar is the director of Thank You.
In response to a query about how Mahesh Babu and his character are related, Chaitanya stated in an interview with Galatta Plus that “the movie travels through a specific timeframe involving my character who goes through school and college to become a successful start-up billionaire. To demonstrate how cinemas have changed over the course of this timeframe, we wanted to employ a layer of film. This will demonstrate how my character changes in each of Mahesh Babu’s movies. Starting with Pokkiri and how much my character enjoys viewing it, it moves on to the following Mahesh Babu movie at a later point in my career. To follow the timeline, we have only recently used the movie example.
The Mahesh Babu reference will be a great high point for viewers, Chaitanya stated in a different clip from the movie’s pre-release event.
Laal Singh Chaddha, which has Aamir Khan and features Naga Chaitanya in a significant part, is currently in theatres. Actor Vijay Sethupathi, who had been contracted to perform the role, had left the group and been replaced by Chaitanya. In the film, Chaitanya will make his Bollywood debut and play the close buddy of the title character.

The Telugu film Family Star, directed by Parasuram Petla, has collected an estimated ₹5.75 crore nett in India on its first day of box office collection, marking an impressive opening day for the film.
Family Star reported a 38.45% Telugu occupancy on day 1, with Warangal having the highest occupancy (57.5%), followed by Visakhapatnam and Kakinada (56.75% each).

Parasuram Petla’s Family Star marks Vijay and Mrunal’s first collaboration, featuring a cast including Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu, and Divyansha Kaushik’s special appearance.
Govardhan Rao, the youngest brother of Vijay, manages his family’s finances while being cautious. However, when Mrunal’s Indu rents a part of his home, his life changes.
