According to a chapel employee, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck sobbed as they said their vows during their Vegas wedding.
Fans were shocked when Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck wed in a private ceremony on the weekend of July 17 in Las Vegas. In addition to releasing pictures from their understated wedding that reflected the couple’s love journey, Lopez announced the news in her newsletter. An employee of the chapel is currently reporting further information regarding their wedding.
According to People, new information regarding Lopez and Affleck’s wedding surfaced after chapel coordinator Kenosha Booth provided the website with some fresh information. The chapel coordinator also told the music that the singer walked down the aisle to, which was Here Comes the Bride, even though JLo had previously revealed in her newsletter that she had worn a dress from an old movie.
Booth continued, “It was amazing. It was a very emotional event for Ben and Jennifer. They both shed a few tears as they exchanged basic wedding bands and self-written vows at the altar. Later, in an Instagram snap she shared, Lopez was seen showing off her wedding ring while curled up in blankets and smiling cosily in a no-makeup look.
Lopez wore two outfits, one of which was a white off-the-shoulder Zuhair Murad gown, to the understated nuptials. “When love is real, the only thing that matters in marriage is one another and the commitment we make to love, care, understand, be patient, loving, and good to one another,” Lopez said in her newsletter as she expressed her enthusiasm about being married to Affleck.
