Clinical Trial Of AYUSH Medicines Can Be Historic: Dr. Harsh Vardhan
Vaccines are being discovered all over the world to eradicate the corona virus. Countries like Italy and Israel have claimed to have made the Covid-19 vaccine. What kind of steps India has taken in this direction and how far India is in the search for the vaccine, Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, who reached the agenda till today, informed about it.
Dr. Harsh Vardhan said, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself is leading in terms of supporting the medicines of AYUSH, from vaccine to drug discovery. From the meeting with scientists, he has taken the responsibility of monitoring himself.
Dr. Harsh Vardhan told that for the first time in the history of India, clinical trials have been initiated with respect to some medicines of AYUSH. This may be a historic step in the coming times. In India too, scientists are putting full emphasis on the vaccine.
The Union Health Minister informed that efforts are also being made to develop the vaccine in India. There are about a dozen trials of vaccine development in the country, some of which may soon reach the stage of the next phase ie human trials. Dr. Harsh Vardhan also urged the people that until the discovery of the vaccine, social distancing should be accepted as a vaccine.

Consume coconut water: Coconut water and other electrolyte-rich beverages can help replenish lost nutrients.
A balanced diet: blood sugar regulation and nausea reduction can be achieved by eating a well-balanced meal high in carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats.
Herbal teas and rest: Herbal teas with relaxing properties, such as peppermint or ginger, can ease stomach discomfort. Your body can mend itself by resting in a quiet, dark environment.
Limit alcohol intake: Limit your alcohol and cannabis intake to prevent symptoms from getting worse. As soon as symptoms develop or continue, get medical help.
