The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that Cyclone Gulab had weakened into a deep depression in the past few hours and was moving westward at a speed of 14 kilometers per hour. At 2:30 in the morning, the cyclone storm concentrated in the northern part of Andhra Pradesh and the adjacent southern part of Orissa, located about 220 kilometers west-southwest of Gopalpur (Odisha), Jagdalpur (Chhattis) Khar State) 130 kilometers east-southeast and 120 kilometers west of Kalingapatnam (Andhra Pradesh).

The system will enter the Koraput district of Odisha and then travel to Chhattisgarh on Monday.
