We live in a harsh and judgmental society and are used to questioning everyone who doesn’t fit a stereotype. Practicing self-love and being positive about yourself can often get tough in these situations. If you feel this way, then you are not alone. Body positivity enthusiast Sameera Reddy opens up about the same in a new related video. She also shares her tips on how to handle the situation.
Sameera shared a video on Instagram about how to practice self-love and body positivity through tolerance. The first step to accomplishing both of these things, she says, is to show compassion and kindness to yourself and others. She added that not practicing the spell will only hurt us.
The 43-year-old star captioned the article, “Forgiveness = Healing. Postpartum body positivity / physical changes at any stage happen. The process of moving forward and self-love is accompanied by compassion and kindness for others, and most importantly It’s to myself. I’m constantly learning to let go of harsh expectations because it only hurts me and brings me down. Fitness isn’t just about the body. It’s so important in the mind and how we feel. Sometimes it’s natural to break , forgiving yourself is a big part”

Kangana Ranaut has denied speculations about joining politics solely due to the box office failure of her films.
Kangana Ranaut, the BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate from Mandi for the 2024 elections, expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for her political entrance. In an interview with Times Now, she questioned whether she joined politics due to her movies’ poor box office performance, comparing it to Shah Rukh Khan’s previous unsuccessful films.

Kangana responded to a question about her career, stating that she has never had a flop. She compared Shah Rukh Khan’s films to Pathaan, Queen, and Manikarnika, noting that if she had a flop in Emergency, it would be a big hit. Kangana compared her career to Shah Rukh Khan, who had consecutive flops for ten years. She also mentioned that she had not had a single hit for 7-8 years before Queen, but after that, she had a few good movies.
No stars from OTT?
The last generation of stars, known for their talent and demand, are now able to showcase their talents more through OTT. However, the author expresses a desire to involve themselves more with the real world, rather than being consumed by the arts, stating that they are not satisfied with the current status quo.
