Vivo Watch 2 Live Photos Revealed Ahead of December 22 Launch; Confirmed to Feature Dual Chips, eSIM Support
Vivo Watch 2 will be launched in China on December 22. Before the official launch event, Vivo shared real-time images of the upcoming wearable device, allowing people to see its design style. The picture confirms that Vivo Watch 2 will be equipped with a round dial and a round dial. The company confirmed that the new Vivo Watch also includes eSIM support. Vivo Watch 2 was teased with two chips. It is said that this wearable device is available in two colors and can provide up to 7 days of battery life on a single charge.
Vivo shared real-time photos of Vivo Watch 2 through its official Weibo handle. As mentioned earlier, it has a round dial, a round dial and an interchangeable strap. You can also see that there are two buttons on the side of Vivo Watch 2.
In addition, Vivo also released news about the company’s cooperation with China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile to develop Vivo Watch 2. The wearable device will support eSIM. With this feature, wearable devices can receive text messages even if they are not connected via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The call function will also be available. In addition, Vivo Watch 2 is said to pack two chips-the main control chip and the communication chip. The company also promised to optimize the software for the device for up to 10 months. Vivo Watch 2 provides up to 14 days of battery life when paired with a smartphone via Bluetooth, and 7 days of battery life when independent communication via eSIM.
The image shared by the company also shows black and white color options. Vivo Watch 2 is currently available for pre-sale on the official website of Vivo China. However, the pricing of the smartwatch has not yet been announced.
Vivo has confirmed that it will launch Vivo Watch 2 and Vivo S12 smartphones at an online event in China on December 22. The company will launch Vivo S12 and Vivo S12 Pro smartphones in the upcoming lineup.

Early this week, renders of the Edge 50 Fusion appeared, and Motorola has previously stated that the Edge 50 Pro will ship on April 3. The highest-end smartphone in the Edge 50 series, the Edge 50 Ultra, has now been shown in renders.
The phone is depicted in the renderings in peach fuzz and black with a vegan leather finish, while sisal, a beige color, will have a brushed surface. As opposed to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro variant and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in the Edge 50 Fusion, the phone is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
A 50MP primary camera, an ultra-wide camera, and a periscope telephoto camera with a 5x optical zoom are all included in the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s feature set. Additionally, there is a triple LED flash on the right side and a laser autofocus feature above the periscope lens.
Although the phone’s display, battery, and charging specifications are yet unknown, the Edge 50 Pro is said to include 12GB of RAM and support both 50W and 125W wired and wireless charging.
It is anticipated that this will launch as the Motorola X50 Ultra in China. It is unclear if the India launch may be expected on the same day as the rest of the Edge 50 series phones, even if this is scheduled to go official on April 3.
