While having her makeup done for Karwa Chauth, Sonam Kapoor breastfeeds her son Vayu, and Anand Ahuja claims the star is “made for this.”

Despite being a new mother, Sonam Kapoor has already mastered the art of multitasking. The actor took part in the Karwa Chauth celebrations that her mother Sunita Kapoor hosted at their Mumbai home. She posted a video of herself preparing for the festival while wearing a pink and green silk lehenga. While her makeup was being applied, Sonam can also be seen nursing her kid Vayu.

“I love being back on my home turf,” Sonam wrote on Instagram after posting the video on Friday. “It’s so nice to get back to the real world with my team, get dressed up, and meet people. Love you, Mumbai, despite all your scars and imperfections—you are magical.

The outfits and jewellery Sonam chose for the day are displayed in the video. She is shown having her makeup done and having a conversation with the cosmetics artists as she has her hair blow-dried. She is occasionally seen feeding Vayu while having her makeup applied by makeup experts. Sonam poses in the silk lehenga towards the end of the video after getting dressed.

“Built for this (bicep emojis) mama @sonamkapoor,” her husband Anand Ahuja wrote on the video. The phrase “The way she is feeding while makeup” was written by an admirer beside a loving emoji. “@sonamkapoor you go girl!” said another. “I liked watching this lovely mumma..the way you fed while getting your cosmetics done,” remarked one Instagram user. pleased with you.

On August 20, Sonam and Anand welcomed Vayu. This was Sonam’s second family event, following the naming ceremony, where she wore a yellow anarkali and gave the public its first good look at son Vayu. Although she didn’t fast, she enjoyed getting dressed up.

Several celebrities from the film industry attended Sunita’s Karwa Chauth event, including Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Poonam Dhillon, Natasha Dalal, the wife of designer Varun Dhawan, Neelam Kothari, Bhavana Pandey, and Maheep Kapoor.

Food blogger attacked by Swara Bhasker for boasting about being a vegetarian on Twitter: “Smug self-righteousness”

In response to food blogger Nalini Unagar’s “proud to be a vegetarian” tweet, actor Swara Bhasker attacked Unagar. On Sunday, Nalini posted a photo of her lunch at X. It included a paneer dish and fried rice.

What was said by the food blogger?
Nalini shared the picture and added, “I’m happy to be a vegetarian. There are no more tears, cruelty, or guilt on my platter.”

This is Swara’s response.
In response, Swara penned, “To be honest… I find vegetarians’ arrogant self-righteousness to be incomprehensible. Denying the calf its mother’s milk, forcing cows to become pregnant, ripping them from their calves, and taking their milk are the main components of your diet.”

Furthermore, she said, “You eat root vegetables? That eliminates the entire plant! Just because it’s Bakr Eid, don’t stress about virtue signalling (folded hands emojis). June 16–17 is when Bakr Eid, or Eid al-Adha, is observed.

Swara just had her Eid celebration.
A few months after celebrating Eid al-Fitr, Swara posted a tweet. She celebrated the occasion with her daughter Raabiyaa and spouse Fahad Ahmad. On her Instagram Stories, Swara posted snippets of her Eid festivities. Swara and Raabiyaa were shown in one of the stories pointing at the Eid ka Chaand. Another photo shows Swara, her daughter, and Fahad posing as a family. Fahad is Muslim, but Swara is Hindu.

When Swara discussed the cultures of her and Fahad
Swara performed a chhathi puja for Raabiyaa the previous year. She revealed tidbits from the festivities and reported discovering shared cultural experiences with Fahad’s family. “The child is a mish mash of the mish mash we are,” Swara had wrote. She therefore has 62.5% UP, 12.5% Bihar, and 25% Andhra. Furthermore, I support representation and am always up for a celebration! Furthermore, since our wedding, we’ve learned that Muslims and Hindus in North India have common cultural customs, which strengthens my conviction that, despite our variety, love and joy will always find a language.”

“Chhathhi, or the sixth day of a child’s birth, is celebrated throughout UP Bihar. Mom and kid dress in the colour of turmeric or haldi, and aunts or bua put kaajal on the child and parents to protect them from ‘nazar,’ or the evil eye!
