Lockdown announced in Rajdhani Raipur, 4 days lockdown from 5 pm Friday

The lockdown is going on in the capital Raipur from 5 pm on Friday evening. It has been learned from the sources that this time more than ever (Lockdown) lockdown is being prepared.

CM Bhupesh Baghel has taken a meeting in this regard. Raipur Collector has also announced in this regard. It is learned that the first lockdown will be 10 days. Later the situation will be further enhanced by observing.

In fact, due to the extreme carelessness and arbitrariness of the people, the government and administration have to take such a decision. The government did not seem to be in a mood in lockdown, but people are openly violating masks, social distancing, etc., so the government has been forced to lockdown.

The meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is over. After the meeting, the government spokesperson and Minister Ravindra Choubey informed that instructions have been given for expansion of health facilities. Cooperation has been sought from all business and industrial organizations.

All the organizations have assured that this time also they are with the government as before. Instructions have also been given to increase the availability of beds, oxygen and ventilators. Patients without symptoms have been asked to shift to newly constructed hospitals. This will provide health facilities to patients with critical condition.

Raipur Collector, Dr. S. Bharatidasan has announced a lock-down in the district from 09 April to 19 April. During this time only essential services like petrol pumps, medical will be operational. Only those associated with the services identified in the petrol pump will get petrol.

This chronic state of inflammation can hinder muscle function, reducing oxygen efficiency and impairing performance. Both rest days and deload weeks are essential for recovery and crucial to improving fitness. It’s not about choosing one over the other—they complement each other. For instance, intense training for marathons, Ironman, or CrossFit competitions requires weekly rest days alongside scheduled deload weeks. However, for recreational gym-goers exercising 1–3 times weekly at a moderate intensity, the recovery from this routine is often sufficient without the need for additional deload weeks.

Fitness influencers recommend incorporating deload weeks into training schedules every 4–8 weeks, aligning closely with the expert advice of 4–6 weeks. However, it’s crucial to listen to your body and schedule deload weeks as needed. If your performance plateaus or worsens, it may signal time for a deload. Training plans should be flexible enough to allow rest when required. Deload weeks not only enhance performance but also support overall health.
