Now, show producer Asit Kumarr Modi has spoken openly with ETimes about the character’s impending return to the show.

“As a craftsman, I want Dayaben to return,” he continued. Our efforts are still ongoing. Viewers were excitedly anticipating Dayaben’s return to the show, especially since the episode’s ad hinted to her re-entry before it aired. Sundar arrived at the Gokuldham society with his buddies rather than Dayaben in the most recent episode, which disappointed Jethalal. Sundar promises Jethalal that he’ll return to Ahmedabad and persuade his mother to return Dayaben in three months. Jethalal negotiates for two months and then declares that if Daya does not return by then, he would go on a hunger strike.
