Addverb Technologies accelerates global expansion, announces key leadership appointments
Addverb Technologies has appointed international leaders to strengthen its global expansion efforts and improve its competitive position. The company has appointed Sylvain Auvray as chief design officer and Phillip Gollan as chief service officer for global operations.
Sylvain Auvray has more than 25 years of experience and has held leadership positions in world-renowned industrial machinery manufacturing companies such as Serac Group and Sidel, and has expertise in product development, supplier development, planning, design and product localization. At Addverb, Sylvain will be responsible for the development and implementation of product strategy, from conceptualization to product design, automation, prototyping and innovation. Auvray said: “I believe technology can ease the complexity of the supply chain after the pandemic, and I look forward to contributing to Addverb’s ambitious journey.” Gollan will be responsible for providing seamless customer service for Addverb’s global deployment.
He said: “I have previously established a strong support structure for developed and emerging markets in my position as a B2B machine manufacturer. It is important to train customers to effectively operate and manage automated systems and provide humane services through on-site support. The goal is to quickly resolve problems and prevent failures through the quality of on-site and off-site support. The scope of service and support will determine the success of any customer deployment.” These recruitments were conducted in the context of Addverb’s recent expansion in the Singapore, European and Australian markets.
This move was inspired by the surge in demand for automation and robotics solutions in these markets. The company also plans to set up micro-factories in areas where there is a demand for its solutions. Sangeet Kumar, CEO of Addverb Technologies, said: “Our goal is to become one of the top five companies in the global robotics industry. Sylvain and Phil are great complements to our team. With their expertise, they will help us comply with global standards.
Provide innovative, beautiful and powerful products, and will help us build a flexible and effective service team to support global deployment.” Seeing the strong digitalization and dense urban population, the company has set foot in the Micro Distribution Center (MFC), which is tailored for global multinational companies entering the field of grocery e-commerce. The product is based on extensive research and aims to solve the last mile delivery challenge.
