The actor was asked to appear at 11 AM, Chikkadpally Police Inspector Raju Naik said.
Allu Arjun has earlier said he would cooperate with the investigation.
The notice came a day after police commissioner C V Anand released a video showing the sequence of events at the theatre.

A 35-year-old woman died during the stampede at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad on December 4 and her eight-year-old son was hospitalised.
Following the incident, the city police registered a case against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management under different sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at the Chikkadpally police station based on the complaint lodged by the deceased woman’s family.
Attack on Allu’s home
Allu Arjun’s residence was attacked on December 22 by a group of people demanding justice for the death of a woman, identified as Revathi, in the Sandhya Theatre tragedy.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports clarified that the final list for the National Sports Awards had not been finalized, indicating that no athlete had been excluded at that point.

Amid box office concerns for the film, a pirated version of Game Changer was allegedly aired on a local TV channel and shown in buses. Screenshots of the same surfaced on X, which caught the attention of producer Sreenivas Kumar. He took to his X account to demand strict action on it.
A few days ago, the makers of the film had filed a complaint against individuals for allegedly leaking a pirated version of the film online. The complaint also states that before the film’s release, the producers and a few team members were threatened through social media and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, wherein the same alleged pirates demanded money from producers and threatened to leak the pirated version if their demands were not fulfilled.
Game Changer is directed by Shankar and stars Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, and SJ Suryah. The film has also been released in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
