However, special treatment such as transplantation, oncology, neurosurgery, etc. will continue for people outside these hospitals. Apart from this, people outside Delhi injured in road accidents and acid attacks, etc. will also be able to get treatment in these hospitals.

At the same time, if Delhiites want to get treatment in these hospitals, then they will need some documents. Some certificates will have to be shown for treatment. These can include voter ID, current passbook of bank / farmer / post office, ration card, passport, driving license or income tax return papers.

Apart from this, the bill of water, electricity, phone or gas connection in the name of the concerned patient or any of his relatives, any mail received from the postal department that came to the address of the concerned patient, any of the above-mentioned papers in the name of his guardian in case of a minor and 7 Aadhaar card made before June 2020 will be valid.
