Today and within an adequate time frame, AI with regards to work is tied in with commending and enhancing human contribution instead of taking its place.  AI is about eliminating additional repetitive work while giving some free time for creative stuff that no machine can do.

AI is an excellent way of helping humans as when the workload is shared, humans can focus on the creative stuff and generate bigger ideas. AI does not plan to replace humans in the workplace but with the help of AI, life can get easier and humans can relax a bit.
