The Center has sanctioned Rs 1,448 million to APIIC Limited to undertake infrastructure works at the Krishnapatnam node under the Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) and an order was issued to this effect.

Krishnapatnam is one of the three nodes of the corridor and is under the sphere of influence of the Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC).

The node is located next to the port of Krishnapatnam, providing an ideal location for exports and imports to the economic centers of South Asia.

The components of the project development works include roads, bridges, utilities, STP, CETP and solid waste management, administrative building, ICT cost, operation and maintenance cost and other costs such as contingency, escalation, supervision charges of construction, administrative charges, quality. Control and construction fee. security cost.

As part of the National Industrial Corridor Program, the Center aims to build future industrial cities in India through Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to compete with the world’s best investment and manufacturing destinations through a series of industrial corridor projects.

The industrial corridor is called national development. Corporation (NICDC) Limited, with the mandate to establish, promote and facilitate the development of industrial corridor projects.

The Adani Enterprises unit has received a letter of approval for an NH project in Maharashtra

Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has received LoA for a project involving six laning of Kagal-Satara section of NH-48 (old NH4) in Maharashtra. The project will be executed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana at ₹2,008.47 crores. The construction period for the 67-km long road project is expected to be 2 years from the date of appointment and the concession period will be 18 years.

With this project award, Adani’s road portfolio will have total 14 projects with more than 5,000 lane km with asset value exceeding ₹41,000 crore spread across India.
