Kanye West’s former personal assistant and ex-executive are suing him for alleged sexual harassment. The complaint was filed on June 3 by Lauren Pisciotta. As per TMZ, Lauren has accused Kanye of firing her unfairly, claiming that ‘he gave her the boot after sending her filthy sexual texts and videos’. She is suing for sexual harassment, toxic work environment, and breach of contract.

Lauren was supposedly employed by Kanye in July 2021 after they first met while he was developing his clothing brand, Yeezy. She claims that in addition, they collaborated on three songs for Donda. She claims that a year later, he expressed his desire for her to resemble a “god.” She allegedly consented when he requested her to remove her OnlyFans account because he had offered to give her $1 million year in exchange.

Shortly after, she says, Kanye started texting her. One of the texts, seen by TMZ, said, “You see, my issue is that I want to f***, but after I do, I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***ed while I’m f***ing them.” I then want her to be unfaithful to me.”

“After that, it gets really vulgar,” according to TMZ, with further purported texts from Lauren describing Kanye’s thoughts about having sex with women and using a lot of graphic language. Among them was this one: “Is my d*** racist? Yes, it is. This d*** of mine is f***ing racist. For being a f***ing racist, I’m going to beat this d***. I’m going to beat the s*** out of my racist d*** by staring at images of white women with black asses. beating his massive black c*** like a s***.”

In addition, the lawsuit claims that Lauren received explicit images and videos, including at least two clips of Kanye engaging in sexual activity with a model.

Lauren revealed that she had been elevated to chief of staff for Kanye’s multiple firms and was receiving a $4 million salary while addressing his alleged behaviour. She says she accepted a $3 million severance payout after being dismissed in October 2022, but she hasn’t gotten it.
