Microwave popcorns contain a chemical called perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) which can affect fertility and raise the risk of cancer. Many microwave popcorn also contain MSG which can cause headaches, nausea, etc.
- BREAD
Bread made with potassium bromate that helps the dough rise during the baking process is not good for health. It has been banned in many countries as it can increase the risk of cancer.
