Gangubai Kathiawadi is doing a good business even in the third week. Released on February 25, the film has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Gangubai became the third-highest third Monday grosser post-pandemic.

Gangubai Kathiawadi has crossed the third Monday collection of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s 83. According to a report by Koimoi, the film has earned Rs 119 crore till now.

Gangubai Kathiawadi is about a woman, Ganga, who travels from Gujarat to Mumbai with her partner, but gets sold off and pushed into prostitution. She then becomes a madame named Gangubai in the redlight area of Kamathipura. Ajay Devgn, Parth Samthaan, Shantanu Maheshwari and Seema Pahwa star in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Jayantilal Gada.

The Telugu film Family Star, directed by Parasuram Petla, has collected an estimated ₹5.75 crore nett in India on its first day of box office collection, marking an impressive opening day for the film.

Family Star reported a 38.45% Telugu occupancy on day 1, with Warangal having the highest occupancy (57.5%), followed by Visakhapatnam and Kakinada (56.75% each).

Parasuram Petla’s Family Star marks Vijay and Mrunal’s first collaboration, featuring a cast including Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu, and Divyansha Kaushik’s special appearance.
