An ANI report stated that in this test, the nuclear-capable strategic missile Agni Prime has added many new features. An official said: “The missile test reached all its mission objectives with high accuracy.” The first test was successfully carried out at the same location on June 28.

Secretary of Defense Rajnat Singh congratulated the Defense and Research Development Organization (DRDO) on the successful flight test and expressed satisfaction with the performance of the system. “DRDO conducted the test at 11:06 a.m. The telemetry, radar, photovoltaic power station, and off-haul ships located on the east coast track and monitor the trajectory and parameters of the missile.
