“Judges Need To Be Educated”: Attorney General On ‘Tie Rakhi’ Order

The test for judges and National legal institute and state legal foundation must have programs on sexual orientation refinement,” he told the seat, which likewise contained Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and Sanjiv Khanna.
“Undoubtedly, sexual orientation refinement and complaint redressal board of trustees is there in Supreme Court. Talks should be given to locale and subordinate, and high courts too about sex sharpening,” he added.
Following Attorney General’s perceptions, the Supreme Court requested that he flow note on the issue and booked the following hearing following three weeks.
The top court, in its last hearing, had looked for the Attorney General’s help on a supplication for remain on the Madhya Pradesh high court request.
