The Galaxy M13 and the Galaxy M13 5G have been introduced by Samsung in India. Since its inception in India in 2019, the M series has reportedly sold over 42 million devices, making it one of the most popular smartphone lines there. The M13 series has up to 12GB of RAM, and thanks to the “RAM Plus” feature, users can increase RAM capacity by using some of the available storage. Additionally, the phones have up to 1TB of additional storage. Sales of the new phones begin on July 23.

Price of the Samsung Galaxy M13 and M13 5G in India
Midnight Blue, Aqua Green, and Stardust Brown are the three colours that the Galaxy M13 series is offered in. Priced at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant and Rs 15,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant is the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G. The price of the Galaxy M13’s non-5G version is Rs. 11,999 for the 4GB+64GB model and Rs. 13,999 for the 6GB+128GB model.

Starting on July 23, both phones will be sold in a few retail locations as well as on Amazon and the Samsung website. Users of ICICI Bank cards are eligible for a discount of Rs 1,000 off their purchase.

Samsung Galaxy M13 and M13 5G features and specifications
The Galaxy M13 has a 6.6-inch full HD+ LCD display, while the Galaxy M13 5G has a 6.5-inch full HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. To help with enhanced photo and portrait quality, the M13 comes with a triple camera system that includes a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a depth lens. A 50MP camera and a 5MP ultra-wide camera are both featured on the M13 5G’s dual camera.

The Mediatek Dimensity 700 CPU, clocked at up to 2.2GHz, powers the Galaxy M13 5G. The Exynos 850 CPU powers the M13 4G variant.

11 5G bands are supported by the M13 5G, which can lead to quicker downloads and more fluid video conferences. With auto data switching, users of the M13 series can still make and receive calls while the primary SIM is not connected to the internet.

The Galaxy M13 has a sizable 6,000mAh battery, but the 5G model has a smaller 5000 mAh battery. Both devices include a 15W charger in the box.

Diljit responded, “We used to read that ‘Mera Bharat Mahan’ (My India is great), but when I travelled across India, I realised why people say this.” PM Modi highlighted India’s diversity, saying, “India’s vastness is its strength. We are a vibrant society.”

Diljit added, “The greatest magic in India is yoga.” PM Modi agreed, saying, “Those who have experienced yoga know its power.”

The singer-actor also admired PM Modi’s personal journey, saying, “I had watched your interview, sir. The position of Prime Minister is great, but behind it, there is a mother, a son, and a human being. Many times, this half-truth is much larger when you carry your mother and the sacred Ganga with you. That touches the heart.”

Diljit then sang a song on Guru Nanak, as PM Modi listened intently, beating the adjacent table like a dholak, matching his beats with Diljit’s.

After the meeting, Diljit Dosanjh expressed his gratitude, calling it a “fantastic” way to start the year. He posted on X, “A fantastic start to 2025. A very memorable meeting with PM @narendramodi Ji. We talked about many things, including music, of course!”

PM Modi responded to Dosanjh’s post, describing their meeting as “a great interaction.” He said, “A great interaction with Diljit Dosanjh! He’s truly multifaceted, blending talent and tradition. We connected over music, culture, and more.”

Diljit recently concluded his Dil-Luminati tour in India with a grand performance in Ludhiana. Throughout his concerts at various venues, the singer aimed to address important social issues during his performances.
