Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is scheduled to be launched in India on January 6, and will be the country’s first mobile phone to support 120W fast charging. The phone is touted as a rebranding of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ that debuted in China not long ago. We speculate that the specifications are also similar. Xiaomi recently confirmed the color options and display specifications it will provide. Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will be available in Pacific Pearl and Stealth Black colors, but there may be other options when it is released. Display: Considering that Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is indeed the rename of Redmi Note 11 Pro+, we know its specifications. A dedicated microsite on the Xiaomi India website confirmed that the phone will be equipped with a 120Hz AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout in the center for the selfie snapper. Although the display size has not yet been revealed, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ advertises a 6.67-inch display and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Chipset: Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset and equipped with ARM Mali-G68 GPU for graphics processing. This phone will be equipped with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage space, which can be further expanded via a microSD card. It is likely to immediately launch the MIUI 12.5 custom skin based on Android 11. It may be provided with Android 12.Camera: Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is equipped with a triple camera setup on the back, with a 108MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. The main camera can support 8K video recording.
Connectivity: Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will provide 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C ports as connection options. It will be equipped with a 3.5 mm audio jack, JBL stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Battery: Finally, Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. It is said that the battery can be fully charged to 100% in 15 minutes.
Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge price in India (expected)
Taking into account the pricing of Redmi Note 11 Pro+ in China, the price of Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in India is expected to be between 25,000 and 30,000 rupees. We should know the pricing of each variant when it is released on January 6. stay tuned.
