Mumbai: Five spl trains on Mumbai-Gujarat route for yr-end

The Western Railway (WR) has extended the itinerary of 5 special trains to meet the travel needs of Maharashtra, Bihar and Gujarat routes. Western Railway stated on its Twitter that reservations for the extended itinerary will be opened at designated PRS counters and on the IRCTC website on May 30, 2021. Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway Company, urged passengers to comply with the COVID-19 agreement during travel. “Only passengers with confirmed tickets can board these special trains,” a press release said. For more details, passengers can visit the Indian Railways website www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.

1) TRAIN NO. 09049/09050 MUMBAI CENTRAL – SAMASTIPUR SPECIAL TRAIN (8 TRIPS)

The trips of Train No. 09049 Mumbai Central – Samastipur Special Train have been extended and now it will also run on June 1, June 3, June 5 and June 7.

09050 Samastipur – Mumbai Central Special Train trips have been extended and now it will also run on June 3, June 5, June 7 and June 9.

2) TRAIN NO. 09117/09118 MUMBAI CENTRAL – BHAGALPUR SPECIAL (2 TRIPS)

09117 Mumbai Central – Bhagalpur Special Train will now also run on June 4.

09118 Bhagalpur – Mumbai Central Special Train will also run on June 7.

3) TRAIN NO. 09011/09012 UDHNA – DANAPUR SUPERFAST SPECIAL (2 TRIPS)

09011 Udhna – Danapur Special Train now will also run on May 31.

09012 Danapur – Udhna Special Train will also run on June 2.

4) TRAIN NO. 09087/09088 UDHNA – CHHAPRA SUPERFAST SPECIAL (2 TRIPS)

09087 Udhna – Chhapra Special Train will now also run on June 4.

09088 Chhapra – Udhna Special Train will also run on June 6.

5) TRAIN NO. 09521/09522 RAJKOT – SAMASTIPUR SPECIAL (2 TRIPS)

09521 Rajkot – Samastipur Special Train will also run on June 2.

09522 Samastipur – Rajkot Special Train will also run on June 5

“Fortunately, injuries didn’t affect the spine.” Saif Ali Khan receives 10 stitches for a serious stab wound sustained during the home burglary.

Actor Saif Ali Khan’s house in Bandra, Mumbai was a target for an attempted robbery during the early hours of Thursday morning. The actor was stabbed during the incident and had to urgently be taken to Lilavati hospital and undergo surgery. Now, we have received more updates on it.

We have learnt from sources at the hospital that one of the injuries was quite deep and the actor has received 10 stitches for this stab. The source says, “Fortunately, it has not affected the spine. He was very lucky that the stabs have not affected any of his vital organs. It appears to have been attacked by a knife and he was actually thwarting a robbery attempt.”

The source adds, “Of the six injuries that Saif has suffered, two injuries are deep, two are mid and two are superficial.”

Coincidentally, at the reported time of the robbery, Saif’s wife Kareena Kapoor Khan has put up an Insta story of a girls night in with her friends Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, and sister Karisma Kapoor. It had led to speculations that she was probably not at home during the time of burglary. However her team has released a statement saying, “All members of the household were present at home at the time of the unfortunate incident.”

As per recent reports, three suspects have been detained by the Bandra Police in the case.
