The Nokia XR20 is now available for purchase in India. This rugged and durable smartphone was launched in India on October 18 and is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC and 6GB of RAM. Nokia smartphones are equipped with MIL-STD810H certified structure and IP68 dust and water resistance rating. Nokia XR20 is equipped with a 6.67-inch full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection device.

Nokia will provide Nokia Power Earbuds Lite for free through its newly launched rugged smartphone. The Nokia XR20 went on sale in India on October 30, priced at Rs. 46,999 is the only 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant (granite and ultra blue options). The smartphone can be purchased on the Nokia website. However, at the time of writing, Nokia smartphones have not yet been listed on any e-commerce platform. It is said that it can also be purchased in offline retail stores. Nokia’s new rugged smartphone will provide Nokia Power Earbuds Lite worth Rs. 3,599. In addition, customers who purchase Nokia XR20 can also get a one-year free screen damage protection plan. Dual SIM (Nano) Nokia XR20 runs Android 11.

It is equipped with a 6.67-inch full HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display and a 20:9 aspect ratio, 550 nits maximum brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Powering the smartphone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC with 6GB RAM. In terms of photographic potential, the rugged Nokia smartphone is equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel main sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. The camera uses Zeiss optics. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel main selfie camera.

Nokia XR20 includes an Action Cam mode, which is said to be able to capture stable shots. It also has a SpeedWarp mode, which allows users to capture multiple events in a montage. In addition, Nokia phones also support OZO space recording support with wind noise cancellation. This rugged smartphone is equipped with stereo speakers and supports OZO playback. Nokia XR20 has 128GB of onboard storage space. Connection options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/A-GPS, NavIC, NFC, USB Type-C and 3.5 mm headphone jack. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

However, its USP is a military-grade MIL-STD810H certified version with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. It is equipped with a 4,630mAh battery that supports up to 18W wired and 15W wireless (Qi standard) charging. The phone measures 171.64×81.5×10.64 mm and weighs 248 grams.
