SRINAGAR: PDP president Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday said People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) was framed exclusively to defend the personality of the individuals of Jammu and Kashmir and the union gatherings have a greater reason to battle for than squabble over DDC decisions.
