Shah Rukh Khan considers himself fortunate to represent Indian cinema in international events: “I say it shamelessly…”
Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most popular and successful actors in the world, and he is also one of the most outspoken. In a recent interview, Khan spoke about how he feels to be one of the few actors who is able to represent Indian cinema on the international stage.
“I feel very fortunate that I am one of the people who gets to go to these international events and represent Indian cinema,” he said. “I say it shamelessly, but I think it’s a great responsibility and an honour.”
Khan went on to say that he is always aware of the fact that he is a role model for millions of people, both in India and around the world.
“I am always conscious of the fact that I am being watched by millions of people, both in India and outside. And I always try to do my best and be a good role model for them,” he said.
It is clear that Shah Rukh Khan takes his role as a representative of Indian cinema very seriously, and he is proud to be able to showcase the best of what India has to offer on the world stage.
