Sharad Malhotra ages one year: I want to age like a wine now that 40 is the new 20.
Turning 40 is a milestone for many people. For some, it’s a time to reflect on their life and what they’ve accomplished. For others, it’s a time to start fresh and set new goals. No matter what your outlook is on turning 40, it’s an important time in your life.
For me, turning 40 is a time to take stock of my life and set some new goals. I’ve been blessed with good health and a loving family, but there are always things I can improve on. I want to be able to look back on my life and say that I lived it to the fullest.
Here’s to a happy and healthy 40th year!
