Critic Review:
In the festive season, if the audience gets to see the film, then the fun of the festival doubles. Producer Karan Johar and director Raj Mehta’s ‘Good Newws’ is one such film, which gives you a lot of entertainment on the occasion of Christmas and also makes you laugh. On the eve of 2020, audiences can say goodbye to 2019 with this neat entertainment and fun film.

Story:
Varun Batra (Akshay Kumar) and Deepti Batra (Kareena Kapoor), a Hi-Fi and coach stated couple from Mumbai, have not been able to become parents despite 7 years of marriage. Deepti, a journalist by profession, aspires to become a mother after 7 years of marriage, while Varun is cool in this matter. To become a parent, there is also a lot of families and social pressure on both. So when the two come from Mumbai to Delhi for the first Lohri to be celebrated as the mother of Varun’s sister Anjana Sukhani, Varun’s sister and brother-in-law receive them through IVF treatment from Dr. Joshi couple (Adil Hussain-Tisca Chopra) Parents recommend becoming. Deepti somehow prepares Varun for this treatment, but only then his life strikes, when he learns that his namesake Batra Couple Honey (Diljit Dosanjh) and Monica (Kiara Advani) are also with Dr. Joshi They came for treatment, but due to the same name, their sperm exchanged. Deepti has honey sperm in her womb and Varuna in Monica’s stomach. Now, what will be the life of these couples after this? You will have to watch the film to know this.
Review:
The specialty of debutant director Raj Mehta is that he did not allow this film on the subject of Sperm Exchange’s goof-ups to be vulgar, melodramatic or over the top. The film’s first half is stronger and funnier. There is a drama in the second half, where the director is seen analyzing the contribution of a woman and a man in producing a child. The trend of today’s films is to highlight some of the issues related to women through the borders. Editing is tight. Talking about music, the music of the film is being liked. In the music of Lijo George, DJ Cheetah, and Sukhbir, ‘Sauda Khara Khara’ is at number five on Radio Mirchi’s list of Top Twenty. While the song ‘Chandigarh Me’ in the music of Tanishq Bagchi is in the eighth position.

In terms of acting, every artist has lent his role in his style. Seeing all of Akshay’s actions as Varun Batra, you laugh and laugh. He has captured the tone of his character very well. At the same time, in the acting of Kareena as a classy and esthetic journalist and wife, she shows strength and royalty. Even in the emotional scenes, she has not proved to be nineteen. Diljit Dosanjh as Honey entertains on screen. Her comic timing is amazing, while Kiara also makes Monica’s role visible in every way. She is cute and beautiful as per her role. Diljit-Kiara’s costume and body language add flavor to his characters. Adil Hussain and Tisca Chopra as Doctor Couple have also been good.
