Oppo Find N design, specifications tipped ahead of December 15 launch
Oppo will launch its first foldable smartphone Oppo Find N on December 15. Now, according to reports, media renderings of the device have surfaced online before the official release.
Tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) posted a press release for Oppo Find N on Twitter, which revealed the design and possible specifications of the upcoming phone.
According to the rendering, Oppo Find N can be equipped with triple rear cameras and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device also appears to have a cover display with curved edges.
In addition, Pete Lau, Oppo’s chief product officer, shared an image of the device, which shows the smartphone with perforated cutouts on its foldable display. It is expected that this smartphone will be launched, with at least two different color options. In addition, as part of an open letter from Liu, we can see the upcoming mobile phones. Liu also mentioned in the letter that this smartphone has been in development for four years, and the company hopes to provide “excellent user experience” through foldable phones.
The Find brand of Oppo smartphones indicates that the phone may contain flagship-level features. It’s worth noting that some of Oppo’s recent patents for foldable devices include things like pop-up cameras. Oppo Find N will be launched on the second day of the Oppo Inno Day event on December 15, 2021. Oppo Find N is expected to be equipped with a 7.8 to 8-inch 2K OLED display that supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate. The device can be driven by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and Adreno 660 GPU. The smartphone is expected to be equipped with a 50MP triple rear camera setup and a 32MP front selfie snapper.
The Oppo foldable device may be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and may be equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. This smartphone can be equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage space at startup.

Early this week, renders of the Edge 50 Fusion appeared, and Motorola has previously stated that the Edge 50 Pro will ship on April 3. The highest-end smartphone in the Edge 50 series, the Edge 50 Ultra, has now been shown in renders.
The phone is depicted in the renderings in peach fuzz and black with a vegan leather finish, while sisal, a beige color, will have a brushed surface. As opposed to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro variant and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in the Edge 50 Fusion, the phone is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
A 50MP primary camera, an ultra-wide camera, and a periscope telephoto camera with a 5x optical zoom are all included in the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s feature set. Additionally, there is a triple LED flash on the right side and a laser autofocus feature above the periscope lens.
Although the phone’s display, battery, and charging specifications are yet unknown, the Edge 50 Pro is said to include 12GB of RAM and support both 50W and 125W wired and wireless charging.
It is anticipated that this will launch as the Motorola X50 Ultra in China. It is unclear if the India launch may be expected on the same day as the rest of the Edge 50 series phones, even if this is scheduled to go official on April 3.
