US Stands With India To Deal With Any Threat: Pompeo On Galwan Clash

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had solid words for China today and said the US “remains with India to manage any danger”. In the background of India’s military deadlock with the Chinese soldiers at the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh, he likewise communicated his nation’s help for India in its endeavors to “guard its sway”.

“The US will remain with India in its endeavors to guard its sway and its freedom… Our countries are focused on cooperating into growing our organizations across numerous fronts,” he included.

Emphatically upbraiding China, Mr Pompeo said the Covid pandemic that “originated from Wuhan” has set off a “strong conversation” about the Chinese Communist Party.

“Our chiefs and our residents see with expanding clearness that the Chinese Communist Party is no companion to majority rules system, the standard of law, straightforwardness nor the opportunity of route, the establishment of a free and open and prosperous Indo-Pacific. I’m happy to state India and the US are finding a way to reinforce collaboration against all dangers and not simply those presented by the CCP,” he included. 

The US-China column over exchange issues had snowballed after the Coronavirus pandemic, with US President Donald Trump solidly reprimanding China for the episode. Mr Pompeo, who went to the gathering of Quad a month ago, had pummeled China at the time over its expansionist demeanor, “abuse, debasement and intimidation”. 

It is “more basic now than any other time in recent memory that we work together to shield our kin and accomplices from the CCP’s (Chinese Communist Party) misuse, defilement and pressure”, he included, refering to China’s activities in South and East China Seas, Hong Kong, the Himalayas, the Taiwan waterway… these are only a couple models,” he had said.

Tabu announces arrival

Tabu took to her Instagram handle on Wednesday evening and shared a picture of her as Sister Francesca, the role she plays in Dune: Prophecy. She looked both menacing and regal in a black attire.

The official Instagram handle of Dune: Prophecy commented on Tabu’s post, “Your potential in the Order is endless.” The internet couldn’t keep calm at both Tabu’s look in the show and the episode in which they’ll finally get a glimpse of her in the series.

An Instagram user commented, “(red heart and fire emojis) fab cant wait.” Another wrote, “I can’t wait to whistle when you make your grand entry as Sister Francesca! (heart eyes, red heart and, take a bow emojis).” “I know she will simply come and kill it and that’s just A FACT,” read a third comment.

Many Instagram users hailed her as the “queen,” with one of them declaring, “Queen is coming.” However, some users were left disappointed that their favourite actor would enter the show so late. One of them commented, “wait? on episode 5??? seriously?” Another one echoed the sentiment and pointed out, “2nd last ep that means.” Dune: Prophecy, which premiered in India on November 18, will have seven episodes. The finale will be dropped on December 30.

Set 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides (Timothee Chalamet), Dune: Prophecy follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.
