Wagle Ki Duniya completes 300 episodes: Actors turn nostalgic as the show achieves milestone
The serial ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’ has completed 300 episodes. Sumeet Raghavan, who portrays the role of Rajesh Wagle says: “I enjoy playing Rajesh because I relate to his plight, and I have faced similar situations in my family so there has been a lot of learning on the way”.
“I have laughed and cried with Rajesh, and it was a blessing to have such an amazing ensemble of actors around. This occasion is a great feat and it is only the beginning of many such celebrations,” he adds.
Pariva Pranati says that she loves the relatable story of ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’. “What I love the most about ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’ is how the show makes it so easy for the audience to relate with and keeps everything real. The issues that the show reflects on, need to be spoken about and such representation makes it easier for a lot of people to inculcate good values and practice them in their everyday life.”
She describes her character Vandana Wagle as a boss lady who manages the household and the kids and her passion is commendable. She compliments Rajesh in every way is very happy that the show has completed 300 episodes.

She went on, “I have been navigating it for a very long time, and it is a very weird thing to do.” I need to move past the fact that I feel like I apologise a lot for my origins. Other people, I’m sure, handle it in far more varied ways. I continue to believe that my explanation of it and my personal experiences are extremely privileged. However, it was difficult. When a girl wears clothing that suggests she is at ease with her sexuality, she is subject to a form of character assassination.
Janhvi plays a doctor who loves cricket in the film Mr and Mrs Mahi. Rajkummar, who plays her husband, trains her to be a cricket player. Directed by Sharan Sharma, the movie opened in theatres on May 31.
